Return Policy

• 14 Day RETURN for refund, merchandise must be unopened and all interior accessories and instructions and CD's unopened.
• No returns accepted on opened media.
  
• 30 Day EXCHANGE for in-store credit, if product has been opened and or used a restocking fee will be assessed based on condition of product and packaging, typically 15%.
• Used equipment sales have a 14 day return for in store credit only, no refunds.
• ALL RETURNS ON AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL 5% FEE.
  
• All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
  
• No returns without original receipt.
  

Shipping

Most standard sized print orders over $50 are shipped via USPS Media Mail at NC.
Please note: Large items will incur a shipping fee.
